Privacy
Last updated: April 21, 2026
UTXO Compiler is an open-source developer tool. The official site at utxocompiler.com collects no personal information and sets no cookies. This page describes — in plain language — what we do and do not gather, who can see it, and how to reach the team if something here needs to change.
§1Scope of this policy
This policy covers utxocompiler.com only. Linked properties — TuringBitChain's GitHub repositories, the documentation subdomain, the project's accounts on X / Telegram / Medium, and any third-party hosting providers — are governed by their own privacy policies. We list the most relevant ones in §6.
§2Information we do not collect
There is no signup, login, contact form, comment box, or newsletter on this site. As a result, we never ask for — and could not collect — your name, email, wallet address, IP, or any other personally identifiable information.
- No registration, login, or persistent user accounts.
- No first-party cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, or service workers used for tracking.
- No third-party advertising scripts, retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers.
- No fingerprinting libraries, session-replay tools, or A/B-testing frameworks.
§3Aggregate, anonymous analytics
To know which pages are useful and which are dead weight, we measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. The script runs only on the marketing site, executes entirely on Cloudflare's edge, sets no cookies, and stores no IP addresses or unique identifiers. The data we see is limited to anonymous, aggregated counts of page views, referrers, and broad device classes (desktop / mobile).
If you would still rather not be counted, any tracker-blocker (uBlock Origin, Brave Shields, Safari ITP, etc.) suppresses the script entirely. The site renders identically with or without it.
§4Server logs and security records
Cloudflare — our edge provider — keeps short-lived request logs that include source IP and user agent. These logs are used solely to mitigate denial-of-service attacks and to triage abuse reports. They are never combined with any other dataset to profile individual visitors, and they are not exported to TBC.
§5Children's privacy
UTXO Compiler is a developer tool aimed at adult software engineers. The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them. If you believe a child has nonetheless provided information through a third-party service we link to, please contact us so we can pass the report to the relevant operator.
§6Third-party services we link to
We use external services to host code, documentation, and conversation. Visiting any of the links below transfers you to a property governed by its own privacy policy:
- GitHub (github.com) — source code, issues, releases.
- X (x.com / twitter.com) — short-form announcements (@UTXO_compiler).
- Telegram (t.me) — community channel and chat.
- Medium (medium.com) — long-form posts.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — edge hosting and anonymous web analytics.
§7International users
The site is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. Wherever you reach it from, the data we receive is exactly the anonymous aggregate described above. We make no transfer of personal data because we do not collect it in the first place.
§8How to contact us
Please raise privacy questions or removal requests through one of the public TBC channels listed on the official TBC website. Security-sensitive reports should follow the responsible-disclosure instructions in the SECURITY.md of the relevant GitHub repository.
§9Changes to this policy
Material changes to how we handle data will be reflected on this page along with an updated 'last updated' date. Earlier versions remain in this site's git history, viewable on GitHub.
