Terms of use

Last updated: April 21, 2026

UTXO Compiler is open-source developer tooling built and maintained by TuringBitChain (TBC). This site is published as informational material to help engineers find the language, the docs, and the source. Reading or following links here does not create any commercial relationship between you and TBC.

§1About this site

utxocompiler.com is a static documentation and marketing site. It does not run code on your behalf, custody assets, or quote prices. Anything you compile, deploy, or transact must be done with the locally installed compiler and a wallet you control.

§2Open-source licence

The UTXO Compiler source code, the BVM specification, and all reference material on this site are released under the licence published in the corresponding TBC GitHub repository. You are free to read, modify, and redistribute the software under the terms of that licence — including the requirement to preserve the copyright notice and the disclaimer of warranty.

§3Brand and logo

Following the spirit of the Solidity Brand Guide, the names "UTXO Compiler", "BVM", "TuringContract", and "TuringBitChain" should be used to refer to those specific projects only. We welcome attributed reuse of the wordmark and the logomark — please link back to the source and indicate any modifications.

  • Do refer to UTXO Compiler when discussing the language, the toolchain, the BVM target, or the official documentation.
  • Do reproduce the logo at its native aspect ratio and within the brand colour palette.
  • Don't use the names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement of an unrelated product, exchange listing, token, fund, or service.
  • Don't stretch the logo, recolour it outside the brand palette, or place it on a background that obscures the wordmark.

§4No warranty

The compiler, the documentation, and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The maintainers and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software or the site.

§5Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation to hold any digital asset, security, or token. Examples and benchmark numbers are illustrative; actual on-chain costs depend on the script you compile, the network conditions of the day, and the wallet that signs the transaction.

§6Acceptable use

You may freely read, copy, archive, mirror, and link to this site for any lawful purpose. Please do not:

  • Send automated traffic that materially increases hosting cost or interferes with other readers (rate-limit your scrapers; the docs are also published in a static GitHub repository).
  • Reproduce the site under a name that implies it is the official UTXO Compiler site or that you speak for the maintainers.
  • Use the site to host or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions of TBC's principal contributors.

§7Third-party services

Links from this site to GitHub, X, Telegram, Medium, the docs subdomain, or any block explorer transfer you to a service operated by an unrelated third party. Their availability, content, and terms are outside our control. We do not endorse the views expressed by external commentators, however prominently they appear in search results.

§8Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in the project, the toolchain, or applicable law. Substantive changes will be noted with a fresh 'last updated' date at the top of this page; the site's git history on GitHub preserves earlier versions for audit.

§9Governing language and contact

The English version of this document is the governing version. Translations are provided for convenience only; if a clause conflicts with its translation, the English wording controls. Direct legal correspondence to the official TBC contact channels listed on TBC's main website.
